Paul Theisen has successfully completed the application process. He <br />was extended a conditional offer of employment pending his medical and psychological exams <br />which he passed. <br />Paul is currently a paramedic - EMT and firefighter for the Burnsville Fire Department. He has <br />a full time peace officer license in Minnesota. He brings maturity and experience to the position. <br />He believes the key to success in his new position is “to work with people and solve problems”. <br />He is married, has two children and resides in Brooklyn Park. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to hire Paul Anthony Theisen in the position of part time police officer at the Step 2 pay <br />rate of $15.26, beginning May 13,2003.. <br />'3 <br />1* <br />¥. <br />‘ t
