Kyle Russeth has successfully completed the application process. He <br />was extended a conditional offer of employment pending his medical and psychological exams <br />which he passed. <br />Kyle graduated from the Fond Du Lac Community College in Law Enforcement in July, 2002.. <br />He is currently attending the University of Minnesota and hopes soon to complete his four year <br />degree. Kyle has moved around the country and has experienced widely diverse circumstances. <br />He said, *T love helping people”, and is enthusiastic about having an opportunity to “guide, teach <br />and inspire” others as a member of the Orono Police Department. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to hire Kyle Matthew Russeth for the position of police officer for the City of Orono at <br />the beginning pay rate of $18.62 per hour beginning May 13,2003.
