The plan proposes to remove the existing house and construct a new home on the parcel. We have the <br />following comments with ngards to engineering matters: <br />• • • . <br />• The grading plan is lacking proposed contours between, the house and the street; plans should be <br />revised to include these proposed contours. <br />• If the plans include retaining walls that exceed four feet in height a separate engineered design <br />submittal is required <br />• The plana should show the proposed driveway location. Driveway grades should be noted on the plans <br />and shall not exceed 10%. <br />• Site grading between this parcel and the adjacent parcel to the northeast should be coordinated.
