HENNEPIN COUNTY COST PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FOR COUNTY <br />ROAD 6 TRAIL - RESOLUTION NO. 4970 <br />Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve RESOLUTION NO. 4970, a Resolution <br />authoriling execution of a cost participation agreement with Hennepin County for the construction <br />of a bicycle trail along County Road 6. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />*15. PAY REQUEST - NAVARRE FIRE STATION <br />Morphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the request for payment In the amount of <br />$11,12232 to BKV Group, to be funded from the Navarre Fire Station Construction Fund. VOTE: <br />Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*16. REQUEST FOR HRA TO CALL FOR BOND SALE - RESOLUTION NO. 4971 <br />Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4971, a Resolution requesting <br />the Orono HRA to call for the sale of bonds to finance the Navarre Fire Station and fire equipment. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*17. SECOND ADENDUM TO GROUND LEASE AND SUBLEASE WITH THE ORONO <br />SCHOOLS AND THE ORONO BASEBALL ASSOCIATION <br />Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the Second Addendum to Ground Lease and <br />Sublease with the Orono Schools and the Orono Baseball Association.
