It was the action of the Board to <br />approve this application with the following conditions: <br />• Reimbursement of mailing costs in the amount of $49.84 <br />• Submit a Declaration for the preservation of wetland buffers which must be executed and <br />recorded <br />Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and the other conditions have bee net staff will <br />issue the permit. You are reminded that work on the project cannot begin until the .ermit has been <br />issued.
