Site grading, streets, driveways, concrete curb and gutter, parking lots, sidewalks, <br />retaining walls if required and all necessary erosion control measures per the <br />Grading, Drainage & Erosion Control Plan attached hereto as Exhibit ___ <br />(hereinafter called "site grading improvements"); <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />(b) Construction of sanitary sewer and water systems (hereinafter called “sewer and water <br />improvements”) and construction of storm sewer lines and facilities (hereinafter <br />called “stormwater improvements”) per the approved plans attached hereto as <br />Exhibits _______ <br />(c) Underground natural gas, electric, cable and telephone service to be arranged by the <br />Developer with the utility companies involved (hereinafter called the "other utility <br />improvements"); <br />(d) Landscaping and site revegetation improvements per the approved Landscaping Plan <br />attached hereto as Exhibit __(hereinafter called “landscaping improvements”). <br />(e) Traffic control signage subject to approval by the City Engineer and Public Services <br />Director. <br />(0 Any additional improvements listed within the Site Improvements Cost Estimate <br />attached hereto as Exhibit __. <br />Construction Plans : Detailed plans and specifications prepared by a Registered Professional <br />Engineer for the complete installation of the Improvements shall be submitted by the <br />Developer and are subject to the written approval of the City Engineer and Public Services <br />Director prior to issuance of applicable City permits. Said plans and specifications are hereby <br />made a part of this contract shallbe prepared in conformance with all current City standards <br />for such work and in conformance with the terms of this PUD Agreement. <br />It is agreed that all labor and work shall be done and performed in the best and most <br />workmanlike manner and in strict conformance with the approved plans and specifications <br />prepared by Landform dated and revisions as approved by the City <br />Engineer and on file with the City. No deviations from the approved plans and specifications <br />will be permitted unless approved in writing by the City Engineer. <br />The Developer agrees to furnish to the City a list of contractors being considered for retention <br />by the Developer for the performance of the work required by this contract.
