MN. 55401 <br />612-3324000 f. 612-332-7S04 M. 612-2SM041 <br />Response to the City of Orono Planning Conunission memo. <br />Per my discussion with Wendy Botenberg, I am drafting a letter addressing the variance <br />for the deck at 1926 Fagemess Point Road. <br />After reviewing my noted and drawings dated from 5-7-01 to 9-11 -01.1 have determined <br />that a deck has always been included in plan, section and elevation. The only request <br />forwarded to me was to remove the main level screening creating a open deck design <br />with railings. <br />To the best of my knowledge, from photos and site observation, the builder has <br />constructed the deck’s according to approved plans, elevations, and sections. <br />Any further questions or documentation will be provided. <br />Thank you, <br />Todd Knuts <br />^ mmm • ••
