An existing home will be removed prior to the new home construction. Wc <br />have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br />The plans should include contours showing existing and proposed grading and drainage ways. <br />Plans should identify existing storm sewer (if any) on the proposed property. <br />The City should request drainage and utility easements 10-fcet wide over all existing utilities and 5- <br />feet wide along the south, east and west lot lines <br />• Most of the proposed construction is within 75-feet of the lake.
