The plan proposes to construct a 220 square foot addition to the east side (street side) of an existing <br />home. Most of the addition will be built over an existing bituminous driveway. A portion of the proposed <br />addition (approximately 20 square feet) is thown being constructed over an existing non-hardcuver surface. <br />We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters; <br />• The additional new hardcover created by the proposed addition is relatively insignificant in terms of <br />generating additional storm water runoff from the site. <br />• Plans should include rain gutter and down spout locations.
