(UEI) has been retained to provide a structural feasibility study for <br />a proposed addition to the existing residence located at 1146 Tonkawa Road in Orono, <br />MN, as directed by Kathy Alexander of Alexander Design Group. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Alexander Design Group wishes to know the feasibility of constructing a second-story <br />addition to this residence. <br />DESCRIPTION <br />The stmeture is a single story home with a full basement. A garage exists along side the <br />house and is attached by roof only forming a covered patio area. The structure vras built <br />in 1966.
