Richard Ue Kail (hereinafter "ihe applicanO is *» <br />property located at 3753 Casco Avenue within the City of Otono and legally desen <br />follows: <br />Lots 7 and 8, Block 4. Casco Heights. Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter <br />"the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a variance » Mumcipal <br />zoning C^e section,0.25 <br />Minnesota: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono. <br />‘ FINDINGS <br />This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2027. <br />The propert>’ is located in the LR-IC Ukeshore Residential Zoning District <br />requiring onc-balf acre in area. <br />The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on June 19. 1995 and <br />recommended approval of the proposed variance based upon the following umque <br />fmdings and hardships: <br />A single family residence has existed on the properu ’ for over 50 years. <br />B The propert}* is ser\'cd with municipa, sewer and water. <br />r There is no adjacent land avaUable to acquire except for the 14* <br />unimproved public alley to the east.
