r <br />! <br />l\ <br />6110402 t>6 M. <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO.3231 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />A VARIANCE TO <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.23, SUBDIVISION 6 (B) <br />FILE #1791 <br />WHEREAS, Blake Bichanich (hereinafter "the applicant") is owner of the <br />property located at 332 Westlake Street within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and leeally <br />described as follows: <br />Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Hillside Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the <br />property"); and <br />W^REAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a variance to Municipal <br />Zoning Code Section 10.23, Subdivision 6 (B) to permit the construction of additions to his <br />existing house within a substandard side yard setback. The maximum encroachment into the side <br />yard setbacks wUl remain at 20.r to the north side lot line and 12.7 ’ to the south side lot line <br />where the required side yard setback is 30 ’. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City CouncU of Orono. <br />FINDINGS <br />1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1791. <br />2. The property is located in the LR-IA, Lakeshore Residential Tnning District. <br />3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on January 19, 1993, <br />and recommended approval of the proposed variance based on the following <br />.
