This project will be financed by <br />connection fees to be paid by the property owners. The estimated connection fee is $ 16.000 per unit. <br />The actual connection fee is dependent on the costs to complete the project. <br />Plans and specifications have been completed, and we have sent a Request for Quotations to three <br />directional boring contractors that have previously completed City projects. The estimated <br />construction cost for this project is le.ss than $50,000. so the solicitation of quotations is an <br />acceptable method to select a contractor to complete this project. The deadline for the receipt of <br />quotations was 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 10*.
