The Vaughn ’s <br />are planning to sell 205 Tonka Avenue to their son 1 im and family to build a single family residence <br />on it. Prior to this, they want to make 20^ Tonka A\enue parcel more conforming in size with the <br />zoning district. 3440 Bayside Road is larger than the 2 acres required and 205 'Tonka Avenue is <br />smaller than the 2 acres required. The proposal is to move the south property line of 205 Tonka <br />Avenue 65' to the south.
