Gappa P.£. <br />Director of Public Services <br />City of Orono <br />2750 Kelley Parkwuy <br />Orono, MN 55356 <br />Dear Greg; <br />1 have talked with all the owners of land to the West of 1145 County Road <br />Six, who would need to grant a right of way for the sewer. And they have <br />either in writing or verbally said that they would grant the right of way. <br />They are: Maty Dayton (1305 County Road Six), John and Madonna <br />Rotondo (1295 County Road Six) and Peter and Colleen Grant (1245 <br />County Rixul Six). <br />It is too soon to say when some or all of these properties would hook into the <br />new sewer line. As soon as the new house at 1145 County Road Six is built, <br />it will hodc into the line. And as 1 understand it, at least two of the other <br />three properties have issues with their existing sewer system. As I indicated <br />to you, I will pay to put the sewer line in across the four properties with the <br />understanding that t^ money be refunded to me when a house hooks into <br />the line. On the other hand if the City of Orono is willing to carry this cost, 1 <br />would be very appreciative.
