Febmary 19,2003 beginning at 8:30 p.m., or sometime thereafter, to <br />^nsider application #03-2873, City of Orono, 2750 Kelley Parkway, for an amendment to the <br />Orono Community Management Plan (Comprehensive Plan). The amendment is to expand the <br />Metropolitan Urbw Senrice Area (MUSA) boundary to incorporate certain properties along Old <br />Long Lake Road, identified by the following Property Identification Numbers: <br />36-118-23 310007 <br />36:118-23 32 0006 <br />36-118-23 32 0010 <br />36-118-23 32 0003 <br />36-118-23 32 0007 <br />36-118-23 32 0009 <br />36-118-23 32 0004 <br />36-118-23 32 0002 <br />36-118-23 31 0010 <br />The intent of the amendment is to allow for the potential future connection of the existing homes <br />on these parcels to be connected to municipal sewer. <br />All persons wishing to be h^d shall be present.
