f <br />RESOLUTION NO. 667 <br />"A RESOUJllON ATPRO\'ING THE RnCISTCRED lAMD SURIT-Y #1418" <br />KIIEREAS, the City of Orono is a ntmicipal corporation organized <br />and existing under tlie lows of the State of Minnesota, and <br />KWREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted sub­ <br />division regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br />land within the citv; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br />subdivision plat for Registered Land Survey #1418 by A1 Whitman; <br />NOW, TlEREroRE, BE IT RE550LVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the plat for Registered Land Survey #jaia <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota, conditioned on the existing park dedication <br />fees being paid. <br />This resolution will exnirc on Sentember 1, 1976, if the aforesaid <br />subdivision palt had not been filed with the Hennepin Couity Register <br />of Deeds. In tliat event, it will be necessary to file a new application <br />with the City of Orono for subdivision approval. <br />Dated this day of March 1976. <br />Robert L.
