A deck has been added were no structures or hardcover is allowed. Grading has <br />occurred within the 75 ’ of the lake where no grading is allowed. <br />This letter is to require you to remove the shed and deck from the property and restore the grade <br />to the ori^nal elevations. A deadline of August 5,2002 has been established for compliance. If <br />this deadline is not met the City will forward the matter to the City Attorney for legal action.
