Gravel parking area (20' x 32 ’ approx.) constructed within 75’ of shoreline along east side of <br />road, without City approvals and constituting illegal hardcover. No evidence on file that this <br />area was formerly a parking area; in fact, photos in file suggest a minimal single grassy <br />parking space was all that was previously here...
