The proposal requires a conditional <br />use permit and variance for land alteration and hardcover within 75 ’ of the shoreline. This is a <br />newly remodeled house for which no Certificate of Occupancy will be required. <br />Application Status On November 18,2002 Planning Commission suggested that the applicant <br />request tabling to allow staff opportunity to review the recently received plans in detail. Applicant <br />indicated he preferred to move along to Council absent such review, hence Planning Commission <br />voted to recommend denial of the application. The shed at the easterly shoreline within the 0-75' setback /one tnust be removed. <br />2. Applicant is advised to apply for a variance to detemiine the extent of parking area that <br />may remain in the 0-75' setback zone between the road and the easterly shoreline. (Staff is <br />advised that application wilt be submitted in time for February meeting). <br />Applicant is advised to apply for a variance to determine whether the deck in the westerly <br />0-75’ zone may remain.
