ft <br />IT' <br />riNQ <br />JAN 1 3 2003 <br />Cl I r u^ OHO/VO <br />''■i'. < ■ Ui.. r’i <br />A PROCLAMATION EXPRESSING <br />THE APPRECIATION OF THE CITY OF ORONO <br />FOR THE OUTSTANDING AND DEDICATED EFFORTS OF <br />GABRIEL JABBOUR <br />IN SERVICE TO THE CITY <br />th« City; and <br />WHEREAS, Gabriel Jabbour has a long record of distinguished service to <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has requested and designated Gabriel to oe <br />an official representative of the City on a number of projects of critical importance to the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, these projects include Highway 1 2, the Dakota Rail Corridor, <br />the Long Lake Fire Station, and the Reorganization of Fire Service Provision; and <br />WHEREAS, Gabriel ’s tireless efforts have been key to achieving the City’s <br />goals on each of these projects; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is extremely fortunate to have a citizen with the <br />ability to make a major positive impact on a broad range of issues, and the commitment and <br />desire to contribute his efforts toward the best interests of the community. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orono City Council <br />does hereby recognize, and express its sincere appreciation to, Gabriel Jabbour for his <br />outstanding efforts, commitment, and contributions to the City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular <br />meeting held this 13th day of January, 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
