This notice is required to be sent in accordance with <br />the Wellhead Protection Rules (Minnesota Rules Chapter 4720.S300). <br />The entire project will take approximately two years to complete. Public information meetings will be <br />held 2003 '2004. <br />In accordance with the Wellhead Protection Rules, the following information is included in this <br />notice; <br />1 .
