rr <br />p <br /># <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />ORONO PTO FOR <br />A ONE DAY OFF-SITE GAMBLING PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the Orono PTO is licensed to conduct lawful gambling activities; and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono PTO has proposed to conduct a one day ofT-site gambling <br />activity (raffle) as part of its annual Mid Winter Fun Fest at the Orono Middle School on February <br />1,2003; and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono PTO is required to obtain approval of the off-site gambling <br />activity from the city in which the activity will occur. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Orono City Council does hereby <br />approve the application of the Orono PTO to conduct a one day off-site gambling activity (luffle) <br />at the Orono Middle School on February 1,2003. <br />2003. <br />Adopted at a regular meeting of the Orono City Council this 13th day of January ’, <br />ATTEST:Barbara A.
