In <br />reviewing the designated holidays, it was determined that an additional 4 hours of holiday time <br />should have been designated. Since the City Offices close at 11 :30 a.m. on Fridays in the summer, <br />and the Fourth of July falls on a Friday, only 4 hours of holiday time will be us- d.
