Lot area variance to permit construction of a residence on a lot that is 0 643 acres <br />in size when 2 acres in normally required. <br />2. Lot width variance to permit construction of a residence on a lot that is 50..SO’ in <br />width at the shoreline and 75’ setback when 200’ is nonnally required. <br />3.
