Although a variance was granted, docs the Planning Commission feel that the <br />accessory building located within the right-of-way should be removed as part of <br />this review? <br />2. Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br />Staff Recommeodation <br />Planning Staff recommends approval of the lot width and lot area variances with the <br />following stipulation: <br />1. The new construction will be required to conform to the hardcover, lot coverage, <br />and setback regulations.
