One Family Lakeshore Residential District (1 acre min.) <br />Lot Ares: 1.6 acres (70.216 s.f.) <br />Lot Widlh: 137’ (a shoreline. 156' (a 75 ’ setback <br />Application Snmntary: Applicant requests the following variance in order to permit <br />construction of a pool in conjunction with construction of a new residence on an existing <br />lot; <br />I. Average lakeshore setback variance to permit the proposed pool to encroach 45 <br />feet into the required average lakeshore setback. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the plans as submitted <br />Pertiaent Zoniag Ordinance Sections <br />Sec. 78-1279. Placement of structures on lots. (6) Average lakeshore setback No <br />principal or accessory* structure shall be located closer to the lakeshore than the average <br />distance from the shoreline of existing residence buildings on adjacent lots; except that <br />this dues not apply to stairways, lids, landings and lockboxes.
