Hardcover vjrriancc to permit 53.19% hardcover in the 75 ’-250* /one when 25% is allowed and 53.05% currently cxjsts. Sttiff Recommemiatkm: Staff recommends approval of the request with the following stipulation: 1. Ihc applicant should be instructed to remove, at a minimum, the new square footage proposed in order to maintain lire current hardcover level. ’ This would constitute removal of at least 16 s.f. Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections Sec. 78-1288. HaH cover limitations.
