Ihe resident had indicated that an <br />increasing number of domestic animals have been disappcaruig. Leslie noted this matter has been <br />referred to the police department <br />Leslie staled one of the Council members had thanked the Planning Commission for their efloru at <br />addressing the issues coming before the City. I.eslie noted the Council does limit public comment to <br />five minutes at their meetings, w hich may help people in attendance at Planning Commission meetings <br />streamline their comments. <br />Gaffron stated that language could be added to the Planning Ctmimissum agendas. <br />PAGE 24
