Lot width variance to permit a lot width at the public roadway of 1 lU feet when <br />140 feci is nonnally required. (112 ’ is required to meet administrative approval <br />criteria) <br />2. Variance to pennit the existing accessory building to remain on the lot in a <br />location closer to the street or front lot line than the proposed house. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends: <br />1 .
