Placement of structures on lots. <br />(6) Average iakeshore setback No principal or accessory structure shall be located <br />closer to the Iakeshore than the average distance from the shoreline of existing residence <br />buildings on adjacent lots; except that this does not apply to stairuays, lifts, landings and <br />lockboxes. Further, the average Iakeshore setback shall apply only to classified lakes and <br />shall not apply to tributaries. The average Iakeshore setback line shall be a straight line <br />connecting the most lakeward protrusions of the residence buildings on the immediately <br />adjacent Iakeshore lots. <br />Sec. 78-1288. Hard cover limitations. <br />(a) No hard cover or impervious surface shall be placed, located or <br />constructed \s1thin 75 feet of the ordinary high water level of any lake or tributary, except <br />for stairways, lifts, landings and lockboxes as regulated elsewhere in this Code. <br />(b) Betw een 75 feet and 250 feet of the OHWL. there shall be no greater than <br />25 percent hard cover. Between 250 feet and 500 feet of the OliWL there shall be no <br />greater than 30 percent hardcover.
