City Plannerj'-' <br />RE:Application M04-3037, %Va>*zata Country Club <br />The applicanu have applied for a variance to permit an addition to the existing <br />maintenance building located on the north side of the Luce Line Trail, to be located <br />vkithin the 50 ’ required setback. <br />The application was tabled at the July 19, 2004 meeting because a representative was not <br />present to represent the project. TIte required 60-day review period will expire on <br />September 6.2004 therefore action must be taken during the August meeting. <br />There have been no changes to the project since the July PC meeting. The staff report is <br />attached along with the PC action notice. The MnDNR has been notified of the project <br />but has not provided any writien comments.
