The applicant is proposing to merely even out the grade <br />ITic site is adequate for water supply and on-site sewage treatment, <br />and <br />This site is served with public sanitary seucr. <br />The types, uses and numbers of watercraft that the project will <br />generate are compatible in relation to the suitability of public <br />waters to safely accommodate these watercraft. <br />S/A The applicant will continue to use his lakeshore for personal <br />boat storage and lake accessibility <br />Conditions attached to conditional use permits The city council upon <br />consideration of the criteria listed in subsection (1) above and the purposes <br />of the Zoning Ordinance, shall attach such conditions to the issuance of <br />the conditional use permits as it deems necessary to fulfill the purposes of <br />the Zoning Ordinance.
