The Ontinance does not specify <br />conditions that must be met in order to receive approval of a conditional use permit <br />through lots have at least 2 frontages staff has required that the accessory <br />structiuts meet principal building setbacks in an effort to reduce negative impels that <br />could arise with enforcement of the accessory setbacks alone, which means a building or <br />structure could get as close as 10’ from a lot line. This is the only requirement staff has <br />recommended when a conditional um permit request is made. <br />Attached is a Zoning Ordinance Amendment which eliminates the conditional use permit <br />requirement if the building or structure meets the principal building setbacks. The <br />Ordinance revision also requires discretion of the Planning Director on whether other <br />negative impacts could arise depending on the lot.
