MN 55356 <br />RE: WOODHILL COUNTRY CLUB <br />Dear Mike. <br />I am enclosing several items to supplement the Application of Woodhiil Country Club to <br />amend its 1968 Conditional Use Permit. Enclosed is a description of the amendment <br />request and following surveys and maps: <br />1. Survey of Woodhiil Avenue access as of August. 1998 (three (3) large <br />and fifteen (15) small copies); <br />2. Maintenance Facilil, Plan, dated September 26. 1988, showing <br />maintenance facility and surrounding road (three (3) large and fifteen (15) <br />small copies); <br />3. Survey of the north half of Section 2 showing entire Woodhiil Country Club <br />area prepared by Hennepin County General Services Department (three <br />(3) large and fifteen (15) small copies); <br />4. Section map of Woodhiil Country Club area with drawing to show <br />approximate location of internal driveways and buildings. <br />The application and supplemental materials have been submitted, although I have not <br />yet received a signed agreement with Cliff Greene concerning the agreed terms on <br />which the trial was postponed. Cliff has, however, made a verbal assurance that the <br />terms are acceptable.
