The application cannot proceed without MCWD comments and certification of ihe wct’.ar.i. <br />boundaries The City Attorney also will be asked to proxide comments regarding the legal aspects of <br />the City’s wctlmid designation. Once we know how- the MCWD stands on this issue, the Cty <br />Engineer wiil be asked to ccniment on the stormwater maragement implications of declaiirg this not <br />wetland.
