One Family Rural Residential District (2 acre minimum) <br />O.502 acres (283.229 s f.) <br />81 feet <br />Appiication Summary: Applicant requests a conditional use permit to allow plumbing in <br />an accessory building in order to construct a bathroom consisting of a toilet, sink, and <br />shower within the CM^ting pool cabana. <br />Staff Recommendation: Stall recommends approval of the conditional use permit as <br />requested stipulating execution of the covenant slated within the Zoning Ordinance and <br />described herein. <br />Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br />Sec. 78-418. Conditional uses. Within any RR-IB one-family rural residential district, no <br />structure or land shall be used for the following uses without a conditional use permit <br />(16) The provision of a toilet, bathtub or shower in an accessory building.
