Conditional uses. Within any RR-IB one-tamily rural residential district, no <br />structure or land shall be u.sed for the following uses without a conditional use permit; <br />(4) Golf courses, country clubs, tennis clubs, public swimming pools serving <br />more titan one family, scout camps, YMCA camps, YWCA camps, church <br />camps, or private nonprofit parks, playgrounds and other similar uses. The <br />pnncipal structure for any of these uses shall be 100 feet or more from any <br />abutting lot in an R district, and accessory structures shall be a minimum of <br />50 feet from any lot line.
