These removals were completed and the hardcover remains as it was <br />approx-ed in 1992. (•see Hardcover Variance section for more details.) <br />Most recently the current owner began a project to repair rotted decking in order to ^surc <br />the safety of the structure. As the repairs progressed it was apparent that the “repair" of <br />the existing deck was resulting in a total replacement. It was at that time that the <br />contractor w'as notified by Bruce Vang. Orono Building Inspector, a permit would be <br />required.
