MN 55323 <br />RE: StoneBay Marketplace <br />Mr. Gaffron, <br />Wo have taken your comments from your March 1.2004 letter and created Site Plan-23 <br />which wo believe moots the goals sot out in your lottor. We have detailed those <br />features below. <br />Focus on Pond as an Amenitv - <br />We have omitted all vehicular access between the pond and the west retail building. <br />This allows the end-cap user to treat the pond as an amenity. <br />We have moved the gathering area to the Northeast comer of the pond to pull it off of <br />Highway 12 and create a more private area with landscaping for the neighborhood and <br />retail patrons to use. This gathering space as depicted on the attached section, will be <br />a seclMojd area with benches and great views of the pond. <br />Wo have maintained the pedestrian circulation throughout the site.
