Hard cover limitations, (a) No hard cover or impervious surface shall be <br />placed, located or constructed within 75 feet of the ordinary high water level of any lake <br />or tributary, except for stairways, lifts, landings and lockboxes as regulated elsewhere in <br />this Code. <br />Sec. 78-1281. Water-oriented accessory structures. The only walerohented accessory <br />structure allowed to be located nearer the ordinary hi^ water level than the normal <br />structure setback as specified in this article shall be a lockbox no greater than 20 square <br />feet in area and no higher than 48 inches in height Such a structure requires a building <br />pennit from the dty. <br />Sec. 78-1432. It has been re <br />iterated to the realtor that any rebuild of the lot would require elimination of all non <br />conformities, including the boathouse.
