Wehave <br />the following comments with regards to engineering matters; <br />• The gradi ng plan should incorporate side yard swales to convey storm water southerly along <br />both sides of the home. The swales should be constructed so water is not discharged onto the <br />neighboring properties east and west of the site. <br />• An erosion control plan should be incorporated into the grading plait Silt fence should be <br />heavy duty type with steel t-posts.
