Steep slopes. <br />Any applicant requesting a permit for construc <br />tion of sewage treatment systems, roads, drive <br />ways. structures or other imprevements on steep <br />slopes shall provide adequate infcraation to al <br />low the city to evaluato possible sod erosion <br />impacts and development of visibility from public <br />waters before such permit may be issued.
