The <br />homeowner is then responsible for the ownership and maintenance of the grinder pump from <br />this point forward. <br />Mayor Peterson closed the public assessment hearing at 7.25 p m. <br />White moved, Murphy seconded a motion to adopt Resolution No. 5132 adopting the <br />proposed assessment roll for the West Farm (Homestead) Sanitary Sewer Project. <br />VOTE; Ayes 4; Nays 0. <br />Murphy moved. Mayor Peterson seconded a motion to adopt Resolution No. 5133 <br />accepting the quotation from Red Pederson Utilities, Hopkins Minnesota in the amount <br />of S34,914.50 for the West Farm (Homestead) Sanitary Sewer Project. <br />VOTE; Ayes 4. Nays 0. <br />3. ON SALE LIQUOR LICENSE PUBLIC HEARING - PAUL ODE AT 3435 <br />SHORELINE DRIVE (NAVARRE LANES) <br />Mayor Peterson asked how many of the audience members were from the Navarre area. \ <br />large number of the audience was from Navarre. Mayor Peterson then stated she would like <br />to sec all of them ot the dedication of the new fire department on Saturday, March 27, 2004. <br />Mayor Peterson asked if the Affidavit of Publication had been satisfied. The Recorder <br />responded affirmatively. <br />Moorsc explained the purpose of the public hearing staling Mr. Paul Ode has applied for an <br />on-salc liquor license for the property at 3425 Shoreline Drive. The liquor license is <br />proposed to be one clement of a pizza restaurant and bowling alley concept in the low er <br />level of the “Kcaveny” building. <br />The on-salc liquor license application requires a public hearing to provide an opportunity for <br />the public to ask questions and provide comments regarding the application. <br />The suggested Order of Business is; <br />1 . presentation by staff <br />2. presentation by the applicant <br />PAGE 4 of 23
