EXHIBIT Ri 1 <br />The Police depanment has contacted Metro Transit about moving the bus shelter, and they are <br />willing to work with the City on moving the shelter. The shelter will be moved to the far northeast <br />comer of the Keaveny property, and this will require obtaining an easement from the property owner. <br />The size of the eascrrent is dependant on the exact location of the property comer. This location will <br />have minimal impact on the property. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Review the proposed concept plan for relocation of the existing Navarre County Road IS crosswalk <br />and bus shelter to a new location on the west side of Kelly Avenue, and if this plan is acceptable <br />provide staff authorization to begin work on obtaining an easement to move the bus shelter. <br />Page 2 of 2
