MISCHKE, ContiBned)---------------------------------------- <br />pointed out that the applicant would be gaining only half the second story size he <br />desired if it were stepped back and slid into the garage. <br />Mischke indicated that he would need to determine how the 10’ requirement the Planning <br />Commission was recommending would impact the design of the home. <br />Chair Smith suggested the Commission toble the appUcation for redesign purposes. <br />Mischke asked if the Commission could approve a portion of the design in order to allow <br />him to proceed with the garage addition. <br />Ga^n felt this would be difficult given the proposed second story above the garage, since <br />the Planning Commission had not yet determined their comfort level uith the entire <br />property. <br />Mischke asked for Anther direction. <br />Chair Smith stated that she would be comfortable with the staff recommendation. <br />fa addition.
