MN 55323 <br />1444 Baldur Park Road <br />File No. 139-04-000 <br />Plat No. 04-2990 <br />Dear Melanie: <br />We have reviewed the application for the new home construction at 1444 Baldur Park Read Wc <br />have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br />• The plans should include topography and contours extending 50-feet beyond all lot lines. <br />• Plans should include any existing storm sewer or culverts on the property or in Baldur Park <br />Road adjacent to the property. <br />• Silt fence should be heavy duty type with steel t-posts.
