PUD Planned Unit Development (2 acre minimum) <br />Lot Area: 2.S6 acres (111.308 s.f.) <br />Lot Width: 376 feet <br />Applieadon Sum$nary: Applicant requests a commercial site plan review in order to <br />obtain a building permit to construct a 36.000 square foot medical office building. <br />Stuff ReeommtndaHon: Staff recommendations approval of a commercial site plan <br />review with the following stipulations; <br />1. A revised parking plan shall be submitted showing a 20* parking setback from <br />Highway 12 and the revised parking stall arrangement required to achieve this, <br />prior to City Council review. <br />2. Submittal of the shared parking and access arrangement documents prior to City <br />Council review. <br />3.
