The proposal <br />provides for a mix of retail, office and service uses. W*e ha\e the following comments in regards to <br />engineering matters. <br />Sanitary Sewer Sendees: <br />• All 6-inch sanitary sewcr services should be uialled at a minimum grade of 0.6%. <br />• All sanitary services should be installed in accordance with city standards. <br />Water Services: <br />• The fire chief should re\iew and approve vetwlar access and b>'drant locations. <br />• Suinless steel bolts shall be used on all h>drar:s and core-blue bolts shall be used on all fittings and <br />joint restraint <br />Storm Sewer: <br />• Steam sewer calculations should be provided :cr review and approval. <br />• All storm sewer shall be reinforced concrete pipe. <br />• All storm sewers within the pavemcr.i secnoiu ihall have a minimum of 3-feet of cover between the <br />finished street grade and the top of ±e pipe. <br />Streets/Parldog Lots/Tralls: <br />• A geotechnical report, R-valuc recorjceiuJaticn and pavement design should be provided for review <br />a.id approval. <br />• The typical trail section should be 3-ir.cfces r.pc 4 LA bituminous wear course. 6-inchcs of class 3 <br />aggregate base and geotextile fabric. <br />• Tbe proposed bituminous trail along WiBow Dnve should be 8-feet in width. <br />Traffic: <br />• Please see the attached ccmmeius acd sketch Shelly Johnson regarding trafific. <br />2335 West Highway 36 • St. Paul.
