One Family Lakeshore Residential District ('/s minimum) <br />Lot Area: 0.47 acres (20,624 s.f) <br />Lot Width: 120 feet <br />Apptieation Summary: Applicant requests the following variances to construct a new <br />home: <br />1. Lot area variance to allow a rebuild on a lot which is 0.47 acres in size when O.SO <br />acres is normally required. <br />2. Lot coverage by structures variance to allow 19% structural coverage when 15% is <br />normally allowed. <br />3. Hardcover variance to allow 44% hardcover in the 75-250’ zone when 38.8% <br />currently exists and 25% is normally allowed. <br />Stqff Recommendation: Staff recommendations the following: <br />1.
